Our Story
Meridian Point Capital was born out of founder Jason Johansen’s personal journey from Army deployment to entrepreneurial success. Jason’s passion for real estate began in 2001 with a spark of inspiration that carried him through the challenges of active military service, including deployment to Iraq. Even in the most uncertain circumstances, Jason pursued his dream of financial independence, studying real estate by flashlight during guard duty and envisioning a future of freedom and security.
After years of perseverance, Jason built a successful career as a contractor, property manager, real estate agent, and finally, an entrepreneur. He co-founded a brokerage that helps clients achieve financial goals and now brings that expertise to Meridian Point Capital, guiding investors to success through proven strategies and professional management.
